Jeremy Dutcher re-arranged Graveyard last year, and delivered it back to me as if it hadn’t actually been written about my grandparents, about my own surrealist and impossible imaginings of what love is after death. He made it his own and sang it up into an entirely different moonlight.
The times I’ve sat in his audience have brought me to the actual mystery of transcendence, and I’ve felt that his voice touches living, breathing history, teaching us about the humanity of the past and placing us on that continuum in the now.
I’ll be fresh from a month of swimming in the late summer lakes of Ontario, and so glad to be sharing the stage with him on Sept 18.

Oh yah! The Junos!
Multitudes was awarded the ‘Adult Alternative Album of the Year”. I shared the category with Jeremy, as well as my ole pal Hayden, whose album ‘Are We Good’ may contain some of his deepest heartbreakers to date.
Listening to his records has always been part deep swoon and part masterclass; he’s one of the best songwriters and truest record-makers there is.
If you need a good cry, watch his video for “East Coast”, directed by Yael Staav. It’s like very long hug.
Harvest Music Festival was just announced on September 12 in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
And, the Sarah McLachlan tour is upcoming very soon.
Congrats on the Juno, so v well deserved!
The “Multitides” 2022 show in LA remains the most intimate, powerful live concert exp I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to see the version with Sarah M tour (but really love the small, intimate venue version). 🙏🔥🙏
Will there be any touring in Europe?
